At AL-ADAN, we strive to deliver your favourite fragrances safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹500 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹100.

  • Orders of ₹500 and above qualify for Free Shipping across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Please note that delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the contact information provided during checkout. You can use these details to track the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,000.

For orders above ₹2,000, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery. A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your order, while the remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.

AL-ADAN reserves the right to restrict or decline COD services in certain locations based on courier availability and order history.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all shipping details, including your name, address, contact number, and pin code, are accurate at the time of placing your order. AL-ADAN shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the shipment is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the order, or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
