Refund policy

At AL-ADAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product received

  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval, as this helps us prevent fraudulent claims and ensures fairness to all customers.

Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Discovery Tester Orders

Discovery Testers are designed to help you experience a fragrance before purchasing a full-size bottle.

As fragrance preference is subjective, Discovery Tester orders cannot be returned or refunded based on personal liking or disliking of a scent.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Discovery Tester, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Perfumes returned due to fragrance preference

  • Discovery Testers returned because the customer did not like the scent

  • Products returned without proof of damage or defect

  • Claims reported after the allowed reporting period

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to an error on our part.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
