3️⃣ Exchange Eligibility:

• Request within 5 days of delivery
• Original bottle unopened/unused
• Customer bears full shipping costs for exchanges
• Tester usage doesn't affect eligibility

3. Pay return shipping charges
4. We arrange pickup & dispatch new fragrance

REFUND POLICY

• Contact within 24 hours
• Provide photos + unboxing video
• Keep original packaging

NO EXCHANGE IF:

⚠️ 5-day period lapsed
⚠️ Shipping costs not paid
⚠️ No purchase proof

SHIPPING COSTS

• Customer responsible for both ways shipping in exchanges
• Domestic: ₹120-200 (weight-based)
• International: Actual courier charges
