You may lightly test the perfume directly from the main bottle.

✘ Excessive usage is not eligible for return or exchange

This ensures you can experience the fragrance before deciding to keep it.

You are eligible for a 100% full refund (no deductions) if:


  • Return request is raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Perfume bottle is used very lightly just for testing

  • Bottle is not heavily used / not emptied

  • Product is returned in original packaging

  • No damage or leakage caused by customer

Prefer a different perfume?
You can also exchange your fragrance within 5 days if:


  • The perfume is lightly tested only

  • No heavy usage

  • Original packaging remains intact

🚫 WHEN RETURN / EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED


  • Perfume is heavily used / more than light testing

  • Bottle is significantly sprayed multiple times

  • Request raised after 5 days

  • Missing original packaging

  • No proof of purchase

  • Damage due to customer mishandling

  • Keep all packaging intact

We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
